Na service window is de node en ook het verkeer nog steed up and running.
Alles draait zoals het moet draaien.

After internal research the contractor gave the device a power cycle.
Ater the power cycle the traffic of all customers came back up and running.
There is at this moment a fibercut maintenace window going on. this means that the device is not accessible again.
we are closely monitoring the device and the fiber maintenance window.
