Governance at Eurofiber

At Eurofiber, transparency and accountability are at the core of everything we do. We are committed to ethical business practices and to respecting the interests of our stakeholders. Our ESG strategy; covering Environment, Social, and Governance, is deeply embedded in our operations, and we review our performance annually to ensure we stay aligned with our forward-thinking vision.
Our ambition
Eurofiber aims to work closely with suppliers across the entire value chain to:
- Improve quality
- Enhance environmental performance
- Reduce total supply chain costs
- Lower the ecological footprint of the materials and products we purchase
We expect our suppliers and partners to share Eurofiber’s values: acting responsibly and with integrity, and communicating openly and transparently.

Reporting
Every year, we publish an ESG report to share our progress and performance in sustainability and social responsibility. We also use EcoVadis and Grasb to monitor the sustainability of our suppliers. In 2024, Eurofiber Netherlands achieved the highest possible EcoVadis rating: Platinum, as a result of our ESG efforts.

Supplier Code of Conduct
Integrity and accountability are the foundation of our supplier relationships. The Eurofiber Supplier Code of Conduct, based on the UN Global Compact, sets clear requirements for human rights, labor conditions, environmental responsibility, and business integrity. This code is a mandatory part of all new and renewed supplier agreements.

Security en Privacy
Security and privacy are central to everything we do. We continuously work to protect our digital infrastructure and safeguard data confidentiality. In addition, we are exploring the potential of quantum computing to future-proof our network and develop next-generation security solutions.
