Eurofiber Portal Manual

Welcome to the Eurofiber Partner Portal (powered by Connectbase).
We have created a step-by-step guide to help you quote in our Partner Portal for the Netherlands, Belgium and France. The Partner Portal is free to use.
You can take the following actions:
- Check one or more addresses
- See network availability
- View pricing
- Create a quote
Order via Sales Support
After the quote has been created you can place an order by sending an email with the unique quoting number to our sales support team via international.sales@eurofiber.com. Once the order is placed you will receive an automatic email, depending on the country from which you have ordered, with a Track & Trace link attached to it. The order will then be processed by our local support and delivery teams.

Step 1: Access to the portal
Login information via Sales Support
In order to gain access to the portal please send an email to international.sales@eurofiber.com. Our support team will create an account for you and send you the login information by email.
Then you can go to the portal website: https://cw.connectbase.com/eurofiber/login and login with your information.
Step 2: Address validation
The second step involves verifying if the address you are looking for is within our network.
Go to the “Quick Quote” tool on the left to proceed with address validation:
- Single Address: You can use the "Single Address Autocomplete or Coordinate Search" option to enter and validate one address at a time.
- Multiple Addresses: If you have multiple addresses, you can input them in bulk in the "Enter Multiple Addresses or Coordinates Here" section. This will allow you to check the availability for all the provided addresses at once.
- Validate: Select and Import Addresses, select the addresses that are valid based on the results in Column “Validation”

After you filled in your address press the validate button to see if the address is available in our network. If it is available it will show you a green validation field, see below:

Step 3: Choose your configuration
Once you selected your location you can scroll down and choose your desired configuration such as product category, media type, speed requirements and how long your contract needs to be. Below you can see an example of a configuration:
Products
- Dark fiber
- Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)
- Ethernet - Dedicated
- Ethernet - Switched (ENNI)
- Static IP (IP block extention DIA)
- Wavelengths (WDM)

After you selected your desired configuration, you can press the submit configuration button and an automatic pricing will be created. See below:

Step 4: Ordering
Congratulations! You now have successfully created a quote. The following step will be to convert the quote into an order. After you have submitted your desired configuration and are happy with our pricing you will need to send an email to our Sales Support team at: International.sales@eurofiber.com.
Select pricings:
Each address contains a unique identifier shown as "ID". Customers can request an order form to the Eurofiber Sales Support team including the full address, city, zipcode, and Country together with the Total NRC/MRC, Contract term & Product Name and Speed.

Sales Support will now create the order form with the unique ID. Once the order form has been created you will receive an automated e-mail with a Track & Trace link to your order. Since we have different sales support teams per country (NL,BE,FR) you will receive an e-mail per country.
Why, might you ask? We at Eurofiber work with different Sales Support and Delivery teams per country to provide you with the best local services.
Note: If you have a question regarding the order, you can email our Sales Support team and they will assist you. Is the question related tot a big or complex order we would like to advice you to contact your Account Manager directly.
