Location and layout
Located on the Haven Zeven industrial estate in Waalwijk, the data center is easily accessible via the A59, exit 37. With facilities such as a loading bay, elevator, trolleys, and a boardroom on the first floor, the data center is fully equipped for the easy installation and maintenance of your IT systems. There are plenty of free parking spaces around the building, so you can perform maintenance on your servers at any time.

Security
Datacenter Brabant applies strict security measures and complies with the highest security certifications, including ISO 27001:2015 for information security and VEB VRKI 3* for physical security. There is 24/7 camera surveillance and the industrial site is closed outside regular opening hours with robust fencing and additional security measures, such as access control and license plate registration.
Fire prevention
The data floor and technical rooms are equipped with a fire alarm system and VESDA systems, which detect dust and soot particles. In the event of a fire, the oxygen concentration is reduced by gas extinguishing, which quickly extinguishes the fire. Argonite, a mixture of argon and nitrogen, is used for this purpose. It is stored under high pressure and is automatically released in the event of a fire. This extinguishing method prevents damage to the equipment, unlike extinguishing water, which can cause damage.
Sustainability
An important goal in our data center is sustainability and energy efficiency. Energy consumption is minimized with cooling techniques such as chillers with free cooling and an N+1 cooling system. In addition, the data center has ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications, which underline its commitment to environmental management and energy management.
