We take responsibility for various aspects that are important to you as a customer or partner. Below is an overview and why it may be of interest to you. All current certificates, statements, and reports are available for review and download.
 

ISO9001 Certificate

ISO9001 is a quality standard. This standard focuses on fulfilling customer agreements and ensures that we help customers where agreements have not been met. A specific example is our complaints procedure.

ISAE3402 Type II Statement

ISAE3402 is a risk management standard. Clients outsource certain business processes to us. Outsourcing requires control since our clients have also made promises to their customers. This standard provides our clients with the assurance that applicable risks have been eliminated or adequately mitigated.

ISO27001 Certificate

ISO27001 is a data security standard. It provides our customers with the assurance of data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.

ISO14001 Certificate

ISO14001 is an environmental standard. It provides our customers with the assurance that we comply with relevant environmental legislation and that we have a positive contribution to the environment on our agenda.

ESG report

Eurofiber is strongly committed to operating in an ethical, sustainable and secure manner. For clients who only want to do business with companies that take ESG seriously, we have proven programs that are explained in the report.

Scienced Based Targets

Scienced Based Targets initiative, abbreviated to SBTi, is an initiative, from among others WNF. This standard supports the calculation of what you need to reduce as a company in order to keep global warming below 1.5 degrees. After that, the aim is to demonstrate annually that you are taking the right steps to achieve these targets.

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

This document is intended as a guide for reporting vulnerabilities found in the Eurofiber infrastructure and all associated components. The policy document is in English. This is deliberately chosen to give all security researchers an equal chance and to make it the most uniform global language.

Current certifications Eurofiber Cloud Infra

To ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible standards of service and advice, our datacenters are subject to continuous maintenance, improvement and (re)certification. The certificates obtained are proof of our compliance with international standards and requirements in relation to security, quality and sustainability.
 

Current certifications 

Information security management – ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is the international standard for the reliability and security of IT processes in a data center environment. This certification defines the requirements for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS), in the context of an organization’s overall business risks. It assures customers that the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of their data are effectively safeguarded.

Government Information Security Baseline – BIO 2.0 BBN2

The BIO (Baseline Information Security for Government) provides the foundation for information security across all levels of government in the Netherlands, including ministries, municipalities, provinces, and water authorities. Within this framework, Security Level 2 (BIO-BBN2) is the default level applied to most government information. This level ensures responsible data management, especially when processing personal data. BBN2 is the minimum required standard for the adequate protection of personal information. Eurofiber is now also certified for BIO 2.0. Our compliance with BIO 2.0 at security level BBN2 can be found on our ISO 27001 certificate and in the accompanying statement of applicability.

Cloud Information Security – ISO 27017

ISO 27017 is an extension of ISO 27001 and focuses specifically on information security in cloud environments. It provides guidelines for both cloud service providers and users, addressing risks unique to cloud services. Key topics include customer data protection, privacy assurance, and the management of shared responsibilities in the cloud. This certification demonstrates that cloud data is handled securely and reliably. Our compliance with ISO 27017 can be found on our ISO 27001 certificate and in the accompanying statement of applicability.

Quality management – ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is the globally recognized standard for managing and maintaining quality across all business operations. Our quality management system supports our broader quality policy, with a strong focus on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Environment management - ISO 14001

Sustainability, environmental impact, and energy efficiency are core values in our operations and services. ISO 14001 is the standard for an effective environmental management system, helping us control and reduce our environmental footprint. We are committed to continuously improving our environmental performance and using resources and energy more efficiently.

Energy management - ISO 50001

In line with our sustainability goals, we have achieved ISO 50001 certification, the leading standard for energy management systems. Measures implemented across our data centers help reduce both energy consumption and costs. We continuously strive to improve our energy performance.

Outsourcing standard - ISAE 3402 type 2

Each year, Eurofiber Cloud Infra commissions an ISAE 3402 Type II report, the international standard for the control of outsourced services. This report enables our customers to demonstrate to their auditors that our services are secure and well managed. Upon signing a non disclosure agreement (NDA), this confidential report can be made available for review.
