Our ESG Policy

duurzame energie

At Eurofiber, ESG is a top priority. Our policy on Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) focuses on amplifying our positive impact while simultaneously reducing the negative footprint of our operations. We have a clear ambition: by 2030, we aim to climate-neutral; by 2040, we strive for Net Zero; and ultimately, we want to achieve 100% circular products across our network.

For us, fair and responsible business means ensuring ethical practices throughout our entire supply chain; free from violations or incidents. And because trust is essential, Privacy & Security remains our highest priority, safeguarding both our customers and our company.

Through these ambitions, we aim to contribute to a more sustainable world and build a future-proof business.

Science Based Targets

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), co-founded by WWF, is a globally recognized program that helps companies calculate how much they need to reduce CO₂ emissions to align with the Paris Agreement and keep global warming below 1.5°C.

By the end of 2024, Eurofiber Group received SBTi approval for its Net Zero targets. This means we are committed to drastically reducing emissions within our own operations and, by 2040, across our supply chain. This milestone builds on the earlier approval of our short- and long-term CO₂ reduction goals in 2023. These validated targets guide our ESG strategy and help us take concrete steps toward sustainable operations. We integrate CO₂ reduction into our business strategy through efficiency, renewable energy, and innovative solutions, contributing to a sustainable future.
