Eurofiber joins the SER Diversity Charter

On November 11, 2025, Eurofiber Netherlands, signed the Diversity Charter of the Social and Economic Council (SER). The Charter now has more than 500 signatories, and supports organizations in structurally promoting diversity and inclusion.

Within the Charter, Eurofiber focuses on two key challenges: 

1. Increasing gender diversity in management 

2. Advancing inclusive recruitment through social return

Diversity and inclusion are already embedded in our sustainable financing and ESG strategy, including KPIs for gender diversity and inclusive recruitment. By signing the Charter, we reaffirm our responsibility and join a national network of organizations committed to sharing knowledge and driving progress in diversity and inclusion. 

This is not just a promise, but a step toward increasing access for women and people who face barriers to employment," says Yvonne van Rees-Vellinga, Group Director People & Facilities, who signed the Charter on behalf of Eurofiber Netherlands. “Achieving our diversity goals is not the end of the journey, but the start of deepening our efforts.”
