Updates - Eurofiber Partner Portal
Track & Trace: Temporarily available in two environments
Starting from March 19, we will transition to new internal systems. This will result in a temporary change to the online Track & Trace for you. What does this mean in practice?
- Two systems temporarily in use: Ongoing orders will remain visible in the current system, while new orders (placed from March 19 onwards) will appear directly in the new Track & Trace environment.
- Digital access to documents: Starting from March 19, you will be able to access documents such as Site Survey and RFS documents exclusively via the new portal.
The old system will be phased out once all ongoing orders are completed.

New invoice layout: What to expect
Binnenkort krijgt je factuur een nieuwe lay-out, die niet alleen overzichtelijker is, maar ook extra informatie bevat. De belangrijkste wijzigingen zijn:
- Contract number instead of project number: You will see the contract number instead of the project number, making it easier to identify which contracts are linked to the invoice.
- New contract header: The invoice will have a new header that clearly displays contract information. Please note: the details in the visual below are fictitious and are provided for illustrative purposes only.
The old system will be phased out once all ongoing orders are completed.

In Q2 2025, we will launch the Eurofiber Partner Portal: a new digital environment designed to simplify and streamline your daily processes.
The portal offers increased efficiency, transparency, and control while strengthening our collaboration. Your success is our success, and we remain committed to providing the right tools and support so we can grow together.
What can you expect?
With the portal, you can easily perform the following tasks in one centralized environment:
- Check network availability
- Place and track orders
- View invoices
- ... and much more!
The Eurofiber Partner Portal helps you save time and streamline processes while maintaining our personalized support. This way, we preserve the quality of our collaboration.

- New users who want access to the Partner Portal
- Current users who wish to update their profile
Additional Information
- Please note: access to the Partner Portal is personal, and we do not accept generic email addresses for security reasons. The portal does not contain general or portfolio information.
- Registration is only possible after accepting the Acceptable Usage Policy.
- We ask that you keep your user information up to date. After 90 days of inactivity, a user account will be closed for security reasons. If you need access again, you must submit a new request. Please let us know if the new user is a replacement, and provide the name of the old user so we can update our database.
