De monteur ter plaatse heeft initieel de SFP-module en de patchverbinding gecontroleerd en opnieuw aangesloten. Nadat dit geen resultaat bood, is de netwerknode herstart, waarna de connectiviteit volledig is hersteld. Voor een verdere root-cause analyse wordt een ticket geëscaleerd naar onze beheerpartner.
ENG:
The on-site technician initially inspected and reconnected the SFP module and the patch connection. As this did not resolve the issue, the network node was rebooted, after which full connectivity was restored. A ticket has been escalated to our service partner for further root cause analysis (RCA).
