Hardware issues in the Mechelen region

Geachte klant,

 

Wij willen u informeren dat Eurofiber op dit moment kampt met hardware problemen in de regio Mechelen, wat leidt tot instabiele verbindingen.

Om dit probleem zo spoedig mogelijk te verhelpen, is onze engineer onderweg naar het datacenter om de storing te onderzoeken. Tijdens deze werkzaamheden zal de verbinding tijdelijk worden onderbroken. 

Wij hebben op dit moment nog geen oplostijd.

Zodra wij meer informatie hebben zullen wij deze zo spoedig mogelijk delen.

We would like to inform you that Eurofiber is currently experiencing hardware problems in the Mechelen region, which is causing unstable connections.

 

To resolve this issue as quickly as possible, our engineer is on his way to the data center to investigate the malfunction. During this work, the connection will be temporarily interrupted. 

We do not yet have a resolution time.

As soon as we have more information, we will share it as quickly as possible.
