Dear customer,

At this moment Eurofiber has a damaged cable which we urgently need to repair.
If we postpone this action your connection will be at risk of a sudden outage.

Our engineers are onsite to repair this cable. The Estimate Time of Repair is approx.. 3 hours from now.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

    Dear customer,

     

    We just received feedback from our engineer that repairs are delayed.

    Due to the complexity, they are unable to reach the previous mentioned ETR of 3 hours.

     

    Unfortunately, they are unable to provide a new ETR at this time.

    They keep working as fast as they can.
