Wij gaan onze engineers inschakelen en gaan naar locatie voor onderzoek.

POP Gent The engineer has replaced the device and we see that some connections coming back the engineer will standby for upcoming 30 Min if it stable he will leave the location at 00:00

De problemen in Gent worden veroorzaakt door een defecte stroom contactor op onze locatie in Gent.
De beheerder is op locatie bezig om de contactor weer werkende te maken.
Ter info: Aggregaat kan niet aangesloten worden op locatie door de defecte contactor.
Nood ondersteuning om de verbinding weer online te krijgen is op dit moment dus helaas niet mogelijk.
ETR is op dit moment nog niet te geven.

The administrator of the location is trying to fix the contactor.
For your information: An emergency power generator can’t be installed due to the broken contactor.
Unfortunately, we are not able to get services online with an emergency power generator.
