Geachte Klant,

 

Wij krijgen een kabelschade door in Amsterdam.

Uw service / verbinding is ook impacted.

Ons fiberteam is momenteel druk bezig om de schade te herstellen.

De nieuwe ploeg is op locatie en preppen de vezels. Rond 08:00 uur gaat men de vezels omlassen.

De verwachtte eindtijd is 12:30 uur

We have a fibercut in Amsterdam.

Your service is impacted also.

Our fiberteam is busy with the recovery of the issue.

The fresh team is onsite and is preparing the fibers.  They start welding the fibers at around 08:00 o'clock.

The estimated ETR is 12:30 hrs lt.
