    The fiberteam has finished the splicing the fibers and restored the connectivity.

    Er zijn meerdere kabelbreuken geconstateerd wat de werkzaamheden bemoeilijkt.
    Men verwacht in iedergeval tot in de ochtend met het herstelwerk bezig te zijn.

    Multiple cablecuts have been found, which complicates the restoration work.
    The fiberteam expects to have to continue working on the restoration throughout the night.

    Update

    Onze aannemer heeft de oorzaak van de schade achterhaald. Er zijn nog enige complicaties met betrekking tot de ligging van de schade.
    Zodra deze complicaties zijn overwonnen, wordt met de reparatie begonnen.

    ETR is nog onbekend

    Our contractor has determined the cause of the damage. There are still some complications regarding the location of the damage.

    Once these complications have been overcome, repairs begin.

    UPDATE

    Wij willen u informeren dat het onderzoek en de inventarisatie van de schade, aan de kabel waar uw verbinding doorheen loopt, nog in volle gang is.
    De schade is veroorzaakt door een derde partij wat enige complicaties heeft veroorzaakt.

    Er is op dit moment geen ETR maar onze aannemer doet er alles aan de service te herstellen.
    Wij hopen u hiermee voor nu voldoende ingelicht te hebben.

    The damage was caused by a third party, which has caused some complications.

     

    There is currently no ETR, but our contractor is doing everything he can to restore service.

    We hope that we have informed you sufficiently for now.
