Sinds vanmorgen 10:41 ervaren wij een grote storing in regio Bruxelles / Sint-Gillis (Belgium). Wij zijn momenteel bezig met het aansturen van de benodigde partijen om dit zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

Since 10:41 this morning we have been experiencing a major disruption in the Bruxelles / Sint-Gillis (Belgium) region. We are currently managing the necessary parties to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    De hardware is vervangen en we zien de verbindingen weer online komen.
    Hierbij is de verstoring hersteld.

    ENG:
    The hardware has been replaced and we see the connections up again.
    With this, the incident has been restored.

    De engineer zijn nu op locatie bezig de hardware te vervangen en daarna de configuratie inladen.

    ENG:
    The engineers are on location, replacing the faulty hardware. Afterwards they will have to reload the configuration onto it.

    Reboot van de PE heeft niet geholpen en aanloggen via console poort is ook niet meer mogelijk. De PE blijft in fail mode staan en we sturen bij deze de vendor aan met spare parts.
    Nog geen hersteltijd bekend.

    ENG:
    Rebooting the PE did not help and logging in via the console port is no longer possible. The PE remains in fail mode and we send the vendor with spare parts.

    The technician is on location and has started an investigation.

    Monteur is aangestuurd. Hij zal met ongeveer 15 minuten arriveren op locatie voor herstelwerkzaamheden

    Technician has been sent. He will arrive on site for repairs in approximately 15 minutes
