Beste Klant,

 

 

We ervaren problemen met falende netwerkapparatuur in Ede waardoor uw verbinding verstoord kan zijn. Onze aannemers is onderweg naar de locatie om de storing te verhelpen. De ETR is nog onbekend.

 

 

 

Dear Customer,

 

We are experiencing issues with failing network equipment in Ede which may be disrupting your connection. Our contractors are on route to the location to fix the outage. The ETR is unknown.

    Beste klant,

     

    Onze aannemer is op locatie en heeft een herstart uitgevoerd op de apparatuur.

    Hiermee is de storing opgelost.

     

    Onze leverancier is een onderzoek gestart rond om de oorzaak van de onderbreking, om herhalingen te voorkomen.

     

     

    Dear Customer

     

    Our contractor is at the location and has preformed a reboot on our network equipment.

    This has resolved the issue.

     

    Our supplier has started an investigation around this outage, to prevent recurrences.
