Storing, door kabelschade
 Op dit moment ervaren we een grote storing in regio Leeuwarden. Deze storing is ontstaan door kabelschade. Onze aannemer is onderweg naar de locatie om de toedracht van de storing te onderzoeken en deze te verhelpen. Wij houden u op deze pagina van de voortgang op de hoogte.

Major outage, due to cable damage 

We are currently experiencing a major outage in the Leeuwarden region. This disturbance is due to cable damage. Our contractor is on his way to the location to investigate the failure's cause and fix it. We will keep you as informed as possible on this page.

    Beste relatie,

    Onze aannemer geeft aan dat ze bezig zijn met het lassen van de vezels.
    Ze geven aan dat ze ongeveer rond 05:00 klaar zijn met alles.

    Our contractor reports that they are currently splicing the fibers.
    They expect to have everything completed at around 05:00 CET.

    UPDATE 5

    Beste relatie,

    Onze aannemer geeft aan dat alle kabels nu vervangen zijn op dit moment nog bezig zijn met voorbereidende werkzaamheden voordat ze kunnen beginnen met lassen.
    De aannemer geeft aan dat de eerste verbindingen weer rond 03:00 CET weer moeten werken.

    Our contractor has confirmed that all cables have now been replaced. 
    They are currently carrying out preparatory work before they can begin splicing.
    The contractor expects the first connections to be operational again around 03:00 CET.

    UPDATE 4

    De handholes zijn geplaatst en de blaasploeg is bezig met vervangen van de kabels.
    Aannemer geeft aan dat het nachtwerk wordt maar kan nog geen verwachte hersteltijd duiden.

    The new handholes are placed and the new fiberrteam is currently working on replacing the fibercables.
    There is currently no ETR available but the fiber team mentioned they will continue restoration work during the night.

    UPDATE 3

    Onze monteurs zijn momteneel 2 nieuwe handholes aan het plaatsen, er is een blaasploeg onderweg om de kabels te vervangen. Er is momenteel nog geen verrwachte herstel tijd.

    There is currently no ETR available.

    UPDATE 2

    Onze monteurs hebben de impact in kaart gebracht. De locatie is vrijgemaakt voor herstelwerkzaamheden. Meer monteurs zijn onderweg naar locatie met het nodige materiaal.

    Our engineers have mapped the impact. The area around the damage has been cleared so repair work can start. More engineers are on their way to the location with the necessary equipment.

    UPDATE 1

    Onze monteurs zijn op locatie. Ze zijn bezig met het analyseren van de impact van de schade. Ook is een civiele ploeg onderweg met materiaal om de schade bloot te leggen.

    Our technicians are on-site. They are currently analyzing the impact of the damage. A civil engineering crew is also on its way with equipment to expose the damage.
