Op dit moment ervaren we een grote storing in de regio Waregem. Deze storing is vermoedelijk ontstaan door kabelschade. Onze aannemer is onderweg naar de locatie om de toedracht van de storing te onderzoeken en deze te verhelpen. Wij houden u op deze pagina van de voortgang op de hoogte.

Major outage, most likely due to cable damage

We are currently experiencing a major outage in the Waregem region. This disturbance is most likely due to cable damage. Our contractor is on his way to the location to investigate the failure's cause and fix it. We will keep you as informed as possible on this page.

    Dear Customer ,

    A new cable needs to be blown in between 2 handholes and after we’ll start with the splicing works.
    We have no ETR yet for the moment.

    The location of the damaged cable has been identified. 
    Our fiber crews are onsite and start the  preparation works to swap the damaged cable.
