Our fibre-optic network extends across the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. In the Netherlands 100 large municipalities and 12 city networks are interconnected. In its entirety, including our connections in Belgium and Germany, it exceeds 9,000 km and is continuously expanding. Our network is technology neutral and suitable for all existing transfer protocols, services and applications. Combined with bandwidth that has endless growth potential, this creates a future proof platform.
Highest availability
We vouch for the high performance that our network delivers. Before new connections are delivered they undergo rigorous quality control. Regular scheduled maintenance reduces the likelihood of problems and serves to subsequently reinforce this quality. We monitor the performance 7x24 from our Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Utrecht. If something does go wrong then our customer service and support organisation solves the problem within 8 hours, throughout the Netherlands. With this unique guarantee, we deliver the highest network availability possible.
