A range of certifications and awards are evidence that we perform at an industry leading level. You can confidently rely on our organisation and on our service.
ISO-certification: our organisation is ISO 9001:2008 certified, which gives a good indication of the quality of our processes and performance.
MEF certification: our Ethernet services have MEF 9 and MEF 14 certification, which means they meet the highest technical standards. This certification places us in very select company, even on a worldwide basis.
Best management company: in 2009, 2010 ánd in 2011 we were awarded the title of ‘Best Managed Company’. The Best Managed Companies programme is an annual competition, organised by Deloitte in cooperation with Nyenrode Business University, the Chamber of Commerce, VNO-NCW and Management Team. The participants’ operations are assessed on a variety of aspects, both strategic and practical.
Deloitte EMEA Technology Fast50: in 2009 our large increase in sales gave us a place in the Deloitte Fast50 league table. This meant that we belonged to the top fifty fastest growing technology companies in the Benelux. And in 2010 we had a place in the Deloitte EMEA Technology Fast500.
Certified network builders
Together with our selected contractors, we are constantly working on expanding our network. Since the beginning of 2011 work on our network has only been carried out by parties that have been personally certified by us, on the basis of stringent quality requirements.
This ensures that we:
- guarantee that the work on our network is carried out according to pre-agreed procedures;
- minimalise the chance of unnecessary incidents;
- further increase the reliability of our network.
